Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or direct communication.

• A deposit may be required for certain services or packages.

• Full payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept card, cash, Afterpay and online payments.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows may be required to pay in full before rebooking

3. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to avoid impacting other clients.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for services already rendered.

• If you are unsatisfied, please speak to us on the day of your service so we can do our best to resolve the issue.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

 

5. Health & Safety

• Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments (e.g., injectables, laser, etc.) before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if it's unsafe to proceed or if you're unwell (e.g., contagious illnesses).

• We maintain a clean and hygienic environment and use professional-grade products and equipment.

 

6. Results Disclaimer

• While we strive to deliver visible results, individual outcomes vary depending on body type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

 

7. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared without your consent.

 

8. Minors

• Clients must be 18+ to undergo body sculpting or skin tightening services. Lash and beauty treatments for clients under 18 may require parental consent.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:

• Is disrespectful or disruptive

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Fails to comply with these terms
